Project Description
This Medium Density Fiberboard Plant (MDF Plant) with stringent environmental air compliance required that control equipment be installed on the Fiber Dryer and Press Exhaust systems. Hunt Industries’ portion of the project covered the chemical and water piping materials, centrifugal pumps and installation required to complete all environmental air compliance systems associated with the Dryer Stage 1 and 2 and Press Stage 1 and 2 processes. Additional work included fabrication and installation of proprietary water treatment reaction vessels, piping, and chemical supply tanks.
