Project Description
This project provided a turnkey system of grain handling equipment, 30k bu bin, and 10,000 bushel per hour tower dryer, plate magnet, electrical, controls, and design. The system allows the plant to accept corn from local farmers and dry it prior to placing it in storage. In another area of the plant we designed, supplied, and installed two truck scales along with a full sampling system and scale house as part of this project. We performed all of the site work, concrete foundation and slab installation, and equipment installation on this project. We completed the project on time, within budget, with zero change orders, and without a lost-time accident. Receiving, DDG, and Water Treatment Buildings. We provided turnkey services for these buildings and foundations during initial construction of the plant. The 100’ square receiving building included an 18 ft deep basement, 65 feet by 100 feet with steel hoppers. The 125 ft x175 ft DDG Building included a pit and tunnel in one corner for the conveyance of the DDG out of a hopper.
