Project Description
We provided turnkey installation for this entire tissue mill addition. We performed all tank fabrication, concrete foundations and slabs, structural fab and install, piping fab and install, equipment setting, millwright and electrical/instrumentation work for their new facility. The project included 3600 yards of reinforced concrete, 500 tons of structural steel and 8000 welds of stainless steel piping. Despite an aggressive schedule, this project was completed in 9 months despite two hurricanes, on budget, with zero change orders, and zero lost time accidents. The system produced quality tissue on the first day of startup.
